At Imagine Seeds, we know you are eager to get growing. Our shipping policy is designed to get your seeds to you quickly and in excellent condition.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska.
Due to strict agricultural regulations and carrier limitations, we are unable to ship to the following locations at this time:
- Hawaii (HI)
- Military Addresses: AA, AE, AP
- US Territories & Freely Associated States: American Samoa (AS), Northern Mariana Islands (CN/MP), Federated States of Micronesia (FM), Guam (GU), Marshall Islands (MH), Puerto Rico (PR), Palau (PW), and the US Virgin Islands (VI).
Note: If an order is placed with a shipping address in these restricted zones, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Our "Safe-Seed" Packaging
We take the protection of your seeds seriously. Unlike some retailers who use standard paper envelopes, we ship every order in a weather-resistant, padded bubble mailer. This ensures your seeds are protected from moisture and sorting machines during their journey.
Shipping Method & Costs
- Carrier: We ship exclusively via USPS Ground Advantage. This provides reliable tracking and delivery to street addresses and P.O. Boxes.
- Cost: We offer a simple $5.95 Flat Rate Shipping on all seed orders, regardless of how many packets you buy. Stock up and save!
Processing Time
We move fast. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours (Monday through Friday). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will generally ship the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your label is created.
Delivery Estimates
While we pack and ship quickly, transit times depend on the carrier. USPS Ground Advantage typically delivers within 2–5 business days for most of the United States. Please note: severe weather or peak holiday seasons may cause carrier delays beyond our control.
Order Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Because we process orders quickly, we may not be able to catch address errors before the package leaves our facility. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, please email us at support@imagineseeds.com right away.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your seeds arrive damaged or if your package appears to be lost in transit, we’ve got your back. Please refer to our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee and contact us so we can make it right.
